Adenovirus
Ever wonder what the name of the germ is when the pediatrician says, “It’s just a virus?” Odds are, at one time or another, adenovirus will be the culprit when your child comes down with a sore throat or pink eye. Adenovirus is one of the more common spring and early summer viruses and can cause such a wide range of symptoms, that by the time most children are teens, they’ve had at least one adenovirus infection.
